David Bruce 2006 Central Coast Petite Sirah

Opaque deep purple color. Petite Sirahs are traditionally described as "tooth-staining" and I am, I find, a traditionalist at heart.

Rich plum smell, black cherry, peach, moderate oak.

Full-bodied plum & prune flavors, black pepper. Restrained use of oak, bright acid, smooth tannins. Juicy and good!

A very satisfying, classy, $20.99 bottle from a winemaker better known for pricier Burgundian-style Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.

We choosed this wine in a persian restaurant in boston in our holidays and we really appreciated it . Then we tried to get some in liquor store and the product was unknown or they did'nt get it. So if you know how we can get some in canada tell us.

Thank you

Apologies for being slow to approve the comment. I did forward it on to the winery and will post their answer, if there is one.
